Customers will be able to use Apple鈥檚 intelligent assistant to say 鈥淗ey Siri鈥� to their ecobee 皇冠体育367Thermostat and get hands-free help setting the temperature, sending an intercom message, and more. The software update is beginning to roll out now and will be available over the next few weeks for all ecobee 皇冠体育367Thermostat customers.
By design, the 皇冠体育367Thermostat will send these requests through a customer鈥檚 HomePod mini on the same network, providing a level of privacy customers have come to expect from Apple. Users can also control the 皇冠体育367Thermostat using the Home app.
